Kingdom Hearts Timeline
Let’s start by saying Kingdom Hearts has a convoluted Timeline. With Kingdom Hearts 3 wrapping production any year now I thought I should post a brief timeline. Last year Square Enix releases the Kingdom Hearts 1.5 & 2.5 Collection on PS4. It followed it up with Kingdom Hearts 2.8. Here is a list of movies and games with the order they should be consumed in. Note a few of these happen concurrently but after viewing both it is clear which you should do first. 1) Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover Movie (2.8 Collection) 2) Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep (1.5 & 2.5 Collection) 3) Kingdom Hearts (1.5 & 2.5 Collection) 4) Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep: A Fragmentary Passage (Kingdom Hearts 2.8. The actual game runs can ncurrently with Kingdom Hearts. The beginning and end scenes are after Dream Drop Distance.) 5) Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories.
